Onion Cell
Aim: The aim is to clearly see what Onion Cells look like.
Hypothesis: I think at 100x, we will be able to clearly see the Onion Cells.
Equipment:
Onion
Slide
Blue Dye
Tweezers
Cover Slip
Method:
1. We put the peeled of Onion Skin by using the Tweezers to get of the tiniest bit of Onion off.
2. Then we put that skin on the slide, and put the Sodium Chloride, and Blue Dye on it.
3. Then we put a Covered Slip on it, and then put that on a Microscope.

Cheek Cells
Today Room 4 were looking at cheek cells. We wanted to see how these cells looked compared to other cells. First we watched a video about how to see a cell under the microscope. The equipment we need was a Lolly Pop Stick, a slide, Sodium Chloride, and Methylene Blue (which is stain).
First, one of us took the Lolly Pop Stick, and gently rubbed it against our mouth, which caused all the dead cells to come of. Then we rubbed the Lolly Pop Stick against the slide, which caused all the cells to go on it. After we threw the stick away, we put a drop of Sodium Chloride on, and a drop of Methylene Blue on. Then we waited for it to dry.
After we let it dry, we took the microscope and put the slide under it. Then we could see the cells. They were hard to see at first, but after we magnified it, we could see all the cells. I hope we do more work on these cells, and hopefully, we can do work on other cells.

Tracking My Learning
Walt: Write about what we've learn't
Task Description
Hello, my name is Caleb, and welcome to my blog. This task is Tracking My Learning, a slide made by scientists for us, to, well... Track Our Learning. This covers all the main points of what I've done all year, and also some of my questions. I hope you find this interesting, and until next time, see ya!

Cell Animation
Walt: Create unique animation's
Task Description
Hello, my name is Caleb, and in this task, I created a cell animation. This took all term, but in the end, I got this. I am very proud of what I did, and This is one of my favourite DLOs.

Cells
Walt: Identify and describe the function of organelles
Task Description
Hello, my name is Caleb, and welcome to my blog. In this task, I write about cells, and some cool things about them. We had to investigate the organelles inside of animal cells and make a DLO to describe them. See my slides to learn more.
