Good Learner Traits

Are you a Good Learner? Do you have good traits? This essay will explain how to have both at the same time. Here are my three Good Learner Traits, Which are Collaboration, Responsibility, and Self-Discipline.

A Good Learner Collaborates with others. Collaborating is when a group of people work together to solve problems. When people Collaborate, they make it easier for everyone in the group and they might learn another type of learning. Collaboration is an essential part of life. If people Collaborate, they will find it easier to learn things and work together when they grow older.

A Good Learner also has to have good Responsibility. Responsibility means that people are counting on you to do something. Responsibility also means taking action for what you do. If people are responsible, then people will trust you with more important things. Responsibility can lead into people’s later.

The last trait is to be Self-Disciplined. Self-Disciplined is not having people telling you off or telling you what not to do, and just doing what people tell you to do. If your Self-Disciplined, then people will know you understand more, and won’t keep on talking about the same thing. Self-Discipline can help people find jobs when their older.

Here are three Good Learner Traits. These will help people in and out of school strive in life. These will help you throughout the rest of your life.

Character Traits

Do you think you have good Character Traits? There are many different Traits that people can be, and some are positive, and some are awful. This essay will tell you about 3 different Traits that are excellent for you to use.

One way to be a great person is by being Truthful. Being truthful is telling the truth, and not pretending. One reason to be truthful is because it is the right thing to do, which is already an outstanding behavior. Another reason is because if you tell the truth, people will trust you more, and will probably treat you with more respect.

Another great Trait to have is being Kind. Kindness is an aspect that all people can have. Kindness, is simply being nice to people. Even though this is the easiest thing to do, it will cause the greatest effect. People who are kindest will get treated kindest.

The last Trait is Perseverance. Perseverance is keeping on doing/going through something even if its hard. If people Persevere, then they will never give up, and will get higher results in whatever they’re doing. Perseverance is also useful for your future, and future jobs.

Have you got these Character Traits? If you have, then congrats, you have what it takes to make a good person. If you haven’t, then work towards these goals, and watch how you will feel a lot better. Until next time, see ya!

K-Pop

K-Pop is a Genre of Music which originated in South Korea. It can be traced back to the early 1960s, but it only became popular around the 2000s. It is made to represent Pop, and since it’s in Korea, its K-Pop (K for Korea).

K-Pop is not the traditional music for Korea. The traditional music is the folk songs, which are songs like A Song of Peace, and Far Too Close To You. K-Pop simply took the ideas of some Folk Songs, and mixed it with what they had. Sadly, while K-Pop is getting more famous, Folk Songs are getting less well known.

K-Pop is a very different type of music. The people normally talk in Chinese or Korean, and unless you can understand these languages, it will be hard to understand what they’re doing. That doesn't mean that this is bad. When they sing, even if you don’t understand it, you will get the full impact of the music, and will just like because it’s really trippy. They also spend millions of dollars on things like their costumes, and the background, which makes the videos moren awesome.

Cheek Cells

Today Room 4 were looking at cheek cells. We wanted to see how these cells looked compared to other cells. First we watched a video about how to see a cell under the microscope. The equipment we need was a Lolly Pop Stick, a slide, Sodium Chloride, and Methylene Blue (which is stain).

First, one of us took the Lolly Pop Stick, and gently rubbed it against our mouth, which caused all the dead cells to come of. Then we rubbed the Lolly Pop Stick against the slide, which caused all the cells to go on it. After we threw the stick away, we put a drop of Sodium Chloride on, and a drop of Methylene Blue on. Then we waited for it to dry.

After we let it dry, we took the microscope and put the slide under it. Then we could see the cells. They were hard to see at first, but after we magnified it, we could see all the cells. I hope we do more work on these cells, and hopefully, we can do work on other cells.
